At first glance, it seems that the easiest way to train, say, for a runner is to run, for a jumper - to jump, for a thrower - to throw. We used to do this: we repeated our sports exercises tirelessly, believing that success would come sooner or later. However, it often turned out that in these cases the results improved very slowly.
